El diseñador sonoro británico Harry Towell ha estado activo desde 2008 trabajando desde 2008 en el ambient y electrónica bajo los seudónimos de Eyes Flutter Beneath, Spheruleus y Paper Relics (con su hermano Stuart), editando varios discos en Audio Gourmet (su propio netlabel) y en los netlabels Test Tube, Resting Bell, Earth Mantra y recientemente se publicó el CD 'Frozen Quarters' en el sello Under The Spire. “Voyage” fue creado a partir de varios demos de 2010 y su fuente de inspiración son los fallidos viajes de barcos que se hunden pero además las emociones que están involucradas en estas situaciones.
