A Full Cosmic Sound es un ensamble en el que participan miembros de la escena underground psicodélica y rock chilena. AFCS se inicia en Brazil en 2007 cuando colabora con Felipe Mantovani y Clovis Barbosa del proyecto Du Ô. Allí graban sus primeros demos que recogen varias de sus sesiones de improvisación. En su disco homónimo editado por el sello de Brooklyn, Fábrica Records, participaron miembros y ex miembros de los grupos La Bandas’s y Psychedelic Schafferson Jetplane. ‘AFCS’ consiste en cinco temas que exploran el noise, psicodelia y con atisbos al krautrock. Ritmos repetitivos, guitarras solapadas y bajos retumbantes es la columna vertebral del grupo que bien lo despliega en su maravilloso y con el singular título de ‘Comandante Chupacabra Acelere Y Entregue El Mensaje’, de algo más de 8 minutos. AFCS comienza con unas pocas notas que va desarrollando mediante la improvisación, pero ésta antes de dejar las cosas al azar, es consistente con la idea de provocar con nuevos sonidos. AFCS starts in Brazil in 2007 when they collaborate along with Felipe Mantovani and Clovis Barbosa of Du Ô project. Over there they recorded their first demos that collect several of their jam sessions. In their self-titled album released on Brooklyn's Factory Records label, include members and former members of La Bandas's groups and Psychedelic Schafferson Jetplane. 'AFCS' consists of five tracks that explore noise, psychedelia and krautrock. Repetitive rhythms, rumbling bass and overlapping guitars, is the backbone of the group that deploys it in their wonderful and singular title ‘Comandante Chupacabra Acelere Y Entregue El Mensaje’, just over eight minutes. AFCS begins with a few notes that unfolds through improvisation, but this before leaving things to chance, is consistent with the idea of bringing in new sounds.
