My Cat Is An Alien | "RE-SI-STEN-ZA!" | Opax Records | 2016

My Cat Is An Alien | "RE-SI-STEN-ZA!" | Opax Records | 2016

Italian Italian Brothers Roberto and Maurizio Opalio create with an amalgam of instruments, some of them self-made, along with several electronic devices, experiment with textures, resonances, timbres and percussion that make this duo one of the most important exponents of the underground scene.
In this new installment of the duo meet experimental music, ambient, noise and psychedelic rock.
"RE-SI-STEN-ZA!" Is a poem by Roberto Opalio in which he proposes the reunification of Alfa & Omega that would represent the most tenacious resistance. His ghostly voice recitation, wordless vocalizations, while radio waves, abstract electronics unfold a wall of overwhelming sound.
"Let Their Voices Speak Through The Wind" is a chorus of whispers that runs in a spiral with beautiful clink of bells in a peaceful ambient mood.
On "RE-SI-STEN-ZA!" MCIAA show their mastery to provoke with extreme sonorities and ambience, disturbing and at the same time dreamy atmospheres.
