Hard to know where to start as I use my oven everyday for all sorts of things!! It bakes beautifully - I cornbread and cornbread muffins a lot! Pretty much any dip or appetizer works great! It's great for pizzas and quick snacks like chicken fingers and french fries. I make casseroles, sheet tray dinners and larger dinner items like a whole chicken. I think you'll be surprised at all you can toast/bake/roast/broil in this compact oven!
