The toddy system is what I use at home, its very easy to use. How do you make cold brew? My recommendation is 6oz of coarsely ground coffee (i.e. 1/2 of a 12oz bag if you don't have a scale) and let brew for 24 hours before filtering into a glass container / growler. Coffee recommendation? Well, other than anything from Bean Counter Coffee Roasters, start with a medium roast coffee and see how you like. For best taste, drink within 2 weeks of brewing. Questions?
