Fante’s Pasta Machine with Attachments and Collapsible Drying Rack for making easy homemade pasta with an even thickness, consistent texture, and cooking time in 20 minutes or less. Great Aunt Gina’s Pasta Machine (chromed steel with wooden handle and extra-wide clamp to fit 1-inch to 2.375-inch thick countertops) rolls homemade pasta dough to 9 thicknesses (from paper-thin 0.5-millimeters to 3-millimeters) and passes it to easy-connect attachments to be formed and cut. Easily make spaghetti and fettuccine (double-cutter attachment), angel hair and wavy lasagna (stainless steel with chrome-plated steel rollers), or ravioli (stainless steel with chrome-plated steel and ABS rollers).
